One of the most appealing and unique aspects of Galway Harbour is our flexibile labour options. Importers and Exporters have the option of using their own labour force, licenced by the Galway Harbour Company or depend safely on us to provide trained, reliable manpower.

There are no operational impediments to loading or unloading throughout the year from 07:00 hours to 20:00 hours each day as required. Working hours outside these times is by arrangement and often stevedoring has begun at 0500 hrs during the summer months.
